Motivated by the promise of good food, I support local food production, through the choice of ingredients for our preserves, the plants we grow, the animals we look after, and the advice we share,
The CQ approach to food and healthy eating can be summarised as :
* Aim to enjoy whole fresh unprocessed food, locally produced and in season.
* Avoid highly processed food-like products, by keeping your food supply chain short.
* You know the food supply chain is short when you can shake the hand of the people who produce it.
